• Our servers are located in a high security data centre with state of the art fire suppression and intrusion prevention systems. All physical access to servers is limited to only high security clearance technicians.
• Three redundant low latency up-stream connections, UPS’s and backup generators ensure that server reliability and network uptime is maintained.
• Powerful multiprocessor servers and Enterprise-Level firewall systems in a High Availability (HA) configuration, guarantee that should any single piece of hardware on the network fail, a clustered fail-over unit will immediately be available to replace the failed device with minimum downtime for the user.
• All data storage devices are replicated and backed up to both onsite and offshore Storage Area Networks (via secure connections) to ensure that account and system information is protected according to Disaster Recovery legislation.

Security:

All our systems are protected by multiple layers of firewalls and Intrusion Prevention Devices, both from external internet traffic, and internal localized network access.

Accounts are protected by unique usernames and passwords linked to an email address, ensuring that your account access is as secure as your email account in use.

All communication between server and client is encrypted using SSL/TLS to prevent data being “read” or tampered with, the same standard of protection as most international banking infrastructures. All client account access, including banking transactions and account information, is protected by SSL certificate issued by a valid Certificate Authority. All network packets are scrutinized by specialized load balancing and packet inspection devices, to protect against data theft and fraudulent activities.
